Kheda: India’s first Made In India electric truck is ready for unveiling in Gujarat. The electric truck has been made by Trinton company in Kheda district.
Trinton had set up a research and development centre in Kheda where the company had developed the truck.

Special features of Trinton electric truck
The truck has a range of 300-km if it is loaded up to 45 tones. The company has collaborated with 16 companies for charging facilities. The truck also has onboarding charging facility.
Trinton had built its first truck in US three years back. The Made In India truck has been built on the same pattern.
The truck as 12 gears. The truck has been designed for Indian conditions. The company has so far took the bookings for 22,000 trucks. The company has set a target of making 200 trucks in the first year.
