Freight rates rule flat on some support

Freight rates for the nine-tonne payload section ruled flat at the local truck transport market in the national capital today after comfortable availability of trucks in the market amid restricted cargo movement.

Transporters said besides restricted cargo movements, sufficient position of trucks in the market held most of centres’ flat freight rates around overnight levels.
