January 2023 – Looking Back Before Moving Ahead
As we stepped into 2023, we did not start with targets, numbers, or announcements.
We started with reflection.
Because 2022 was not just another year for us.
It was a year that brought together everything we had been building for years – challenges, learnings, validation, responsibility, and growth.
And before rushing into what comes next, it felt important to pause and look back.
2022 – A Year That Came Full Circle
If we look at our journey, 2022 was a year where many threads connected.
Things we had started years ago started showing impact.
Conversations we were part of early on became reality.
Efforts made during difficult times started making sense.
From being part of discussions around logistics transformation to witnessing the launch of the National Logistics Policy, it felt like the ecosystem was finally moving in a structured direction.
For a sector like logistics, which has always been fragmented and complex, this shift was important.
And somewhere, it validated what we believed from day one.
Technology, transparency, and connectivity are not optional in logistics. They are necessary.

The Ecosystem Gave Back – And So Did We
2022 was also the year where we stepped out more.
Not just as builders, but as contributors.
We got opportunities to interact with students, founders, and institutions across the country.
From colleges to incubation centers, from startup workshops to government backed programs, we engaged with people who were starting their own journeys.
These interactions were not about showcasing success.
They were about sharing reality.
Talking about failures.
Talking about uncertainty.
Talking about what it actually takes to survive and build.
And in that process, we realised something important.
Giving back is not an option once you start receiving from the ecosystem. It becomes a responsibility.
Responsibility Became Real
With growth, recognition, and opportunities comes responsibility.
Responsibility towards:
- The team that stood through ups and downs
- The customers who trusted us
- The ecosystem that supported us
- The industry we are trying to improve
2022 made this very clear.
It is not just about building a company anymore.
It is about contributing to a larger system.
What Worked for Us
Looking back, a few things clearly worked in our favour:
- Staying close to real problems on ground
- Continuously adapting to changing situations
- Building relationships across the ecosystem
- Keeping the team together during tough times
- Exploring multiple paths instead of depending on one
None of this was planned perfectly.
But consistency played a big role.
What Did Not Work
Not everything went as expected.
Some initiatives we believed strongly in did not scale.
Some plans had to be paused due to external factors.
There were moments where timing did not support execution.
And there were phases where things moved slower than expected.
But that is part of the journey.
Sometimes things do not fail because they are wrong.
They fail because the timing is not right.

The Emotional Side of the Journey
What often gets missed in startup stories is the human side.
2022 came after years of uncertainty, especially due to COVID.
The team had gone through:
- Personal losses
- Health challenges
- Mental stress
- Financial pressures
And yet, they continued.
That is something no metric can capture.
As founders, one of the biggest learnings was:
A strong team is not built only during good times.
It is built during the toughest phases.
Entering 2023 With Clarity
So when we entered 2023, the focus was not on doing more.
It was on doing better.
Instead of chasing everything, we wanted to focus on what truly matters.
- Strengthening the foundation
- Improving what we already built
- Aligning the team with long term vision
- Being more disciplined in execution
Because growth without clarity creates chaos.
