All-India free service camp form October 23-29

Commercial vehicle market leader Tata Motors is to host a week-long, free service camp for CVs across India. The customer service initiative opens tomorrow, October 23 and goes on till October 29. Tata Motors’ Commercial Vehicle Business Division (CVBU) celebrates National Customer Care day on October 23 every year to commemorate the day the company got its first customer.

The nation-wide free service camp called ‘Grahak Seva Mahotsav’ for all Tata commercial vehicle owners will take place across over 1,500 Tata Motors workshops and Tata Authorised Service Stations. At this service camp, owners can also avail attractive discounts on spare parts, labour and profile engine purchases. Last year’s Grahak Seva Mahotsav saw over 150,000 customers visiting the camp.

Tata Motors will also launch the Grahak Samvaad campaign from October 24-31. With this campaign, the company’s customer care team will conduct meetings with CV customers and fleet owners to inform them about the latest product offerings and also collect feedback to enhance customer experience.  According to R Ramakrishnan, Global Head Customer Care, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, “Commercial vehicles are the pillars of strength of any country’s economy.
